Aura Build Ltd is a civil engineering and construction company based in Kampala, Uganda, providing construction, architectural design, structural engineering, geotechnical, surveying, and cost estimation services.

All services are subject to a formal written agreement, quotation, or contract. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs shall be clearly defined in the signed contractual documents.

Any modifications to agreed project scope must be approved in writing and may result in cost and timeline adjustments.

3. Quotations and Payments

All quotations are valid for the period specified in the proposal.
Payments shall be made according to agreed milestones or contractual terms.
Delays in payment may result in suspension of services.
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate site information and documentation.
Grant site access where required.
Obtain necessary third-party approvals where applicable.
Make timely payments as agreed.

5. Intellectual Property

All drawings, architectural plans, structural designs, reports, and project documentation remain the intellectual property of Aura Build Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aura Build Ltd shall not be liable for:

Delays caused by force majeure events (weather, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions).
Losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.
Indirect or consequential damages beyond the agreed contract value.

Liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the total contract value of the services rendered.

7. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for general information purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or remove content without prior notice.

Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to legal claims.

8. Third-Party Links
